An ironical perception about a working mother:
Relatives think that she works, so she doesn't get time to look after kids.
Colleagues think that she takes care of kids, so she doesn't get time to work.
The #fact is, she makes time for executing her responsibilities.
Perception is easy to be made, tough to be altered and rare to be corrected.
Do not let either 'past experiences' or 'meaningless generalizations' make your perceptions. Rather make them by being in the moment and about the subject person only.
