Movie: Fidaa and Mom

For Shekhar Kammula, there couldn't have been a better way of knocking  the doors of box office, after a considerable gap, than doing this masterpiece of emotions and simplicity. It's occasional that the depiction of emotions in films come closer to reality which we cannot help but accept. Fidaa is a perfect example of this sort.

Shekhar Kammula played it utterly safe this time by relying on his skill of showing an attitude-full female lead. Sai Pallavi has done an exceptional job. Kuddos to her characterization. Great picturization and camera work. It always feels good to see people whose work once you admired come back with a bang; happy for Shekhar Kammula and team.

By the way, watch #Mom, if you haven't. I used to think that if there would be a movie made in India with the title 'mom', it could only be about the Mars Orbiter Mission! Well, as Mr PM also mentioned once, mom never disappoints. #Mom doesn't disappoint too. Congratulations to Sridevi for her 300th film! And I will continue to look forward for a film on Mars Orbiter Mission from the Indian cast and crew.
