Today’ Take Home #3

“It is your responsibility to be what you are, and it is your discipline to accept how other people are”

Indeed a well-known fact. Yet, there is some thing that has been stopping me from accepting people as they are. Well, I succeed many a times, but at times I completely fail. I thought of working on this little further, and hence here it is as my take home for today.

P.S: I’m happy to say, my first two take homes have been supporting me stupendously, to be better than before.

yes ... well said... I completely accepting it...

I am also wanted to understand people psychology and behave according to them. Many a times I succeded at it. But few times failed. Still behaving with the same situation, but completely ignore the people arguing unnecessarily.

One quote is there

"Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level and then they beat you with experience" ... Want to know your comment upon it!!!

My Take Home is ... You should behave according to the people arround you, and you should have responsibility to correct them and simultaneously you should correct yourself.

And lot many things are there to say, but cant... heheheh chalo enjoy.... byeeee

Hi Pramoda,

Thanks for dropping by my blog; 'twas a lovely surprise.

I like the colors in your blog. Are those roses peach-colored or subtle pink? Anyway it's so lovely.

You may know this already, that life is so diverse.. and that includes people. Every person is created by God uniquely different from the rest... possessing different qualities, character traits, idiosyncrasies, preferences, insights, opinions, upbringing, and education. All people come from a different religion, color, culture, nationality, different backgrounds. That's how diverse we all are from one another. But it is exactly that diversity and differences which makes it all very interesting and amazing. Imagine if people all think, speak, and behave the same... How boring that would be -- no surprises, no adventure, and no fresh learning to look forward to.

It is mature wise and smarter to learn to be tolerant and accepting of individual differences. There is wisdom in these quote made by a former president, that .. 'we may have our differences, but we can be friends'.

In the same sense ...being your true self is good rather than putting up pretenses or walls in relating with others or in life in general. You and I should accept our individuality. We are not so different from anyone because we are all basically the same within our selves and where it truly matters most. But we should also always seek for self-improvement -- aim to grow better with every experience, person, and opportunity that life sends our way. 'Learning' is a continuing process all through our lives... we should never stop ever learning new things.

:-) I shall be coming back here cos I'd like to read your other posts. Thank you for this pleasure. Regards and may God bless you and your family.

Ellen
