Thinking can be positive and negative. It is only the latter that may affect health.positive thinking should be beneficial. What do you say?

Little bit confusion over here or I failed to understand the statement itself. Pls. correct me if my understanding is wrong, thinking of unwanted things unnecessarily is injurious to health, this is applicable to our regular routine life wright?. But at our works, we have to think more to do better things in better way as you indicated "Think when it matters", that is applicable here wright? But some thing forcing you to think in your life (doesn't matter what it is)you have to think that, what is that, why it is so, what to do & how to do & solution would be? what do you say Prams, got it na?
