Be Tough… Take Home # 68

Often a person’s helplessness is misunderstood or misinterpreted as his limitation. If you are a victim, deal such situation calmly and never take it personally.

I read a line long time back: “after all, limitations are not mistakes!”

Be tough and become tougher and better.

Pramoda,

I have been trying to read all pending posts for the last couple of days but something or the other did not let me. Now I caught up. Each and every post of yours conveys such good practices which need to be followed not only in work place but in day to day life too. One should never complain about his or her subordinates to his or her superior as that shows own incompetence. Deal with them at your level, giving warning or if still no improvement is shown recommending stoppage of privileges. The moment one is pessimist, it is like surrendering even before battle has begun.

Take care
