Often, things get worsen when people start seeing from someone else’s eyes, start hearing through someone else’s ears and come to a conclusion based on someone else’s views.
Now don’t ask me how come!
One intellectual person told me that not every question shall be asked to others; rather one shall look and think within to get his own questions answered by himself.
I too feel so!

perhaps i am trying to see the bottom always is the reason..
Hi Pramoda,
I agree with that. Sometimes others' views become yours. I would rather stick to my views and make mistakes than borrow others'.
YEs one should have enough confidence of asking themself and do the right thing .. you cant live your life asking others and going by what others say ...

I love this post!
Hi Ravi.. May be!
Its just about taking decisions in organizations.. and of course this can be analyzed w.r.t. many other situations as well.>:)

I think the two parts of the post deal with separate issues.

Yes, it is a good advice to seek answers ourselves for the questions that arise as far as possible. This does not apply to collection of data available readily in the net
Yes, I agree that sometimes we start taking other peoples views into consideration. Up to an extent it is good. We should look at things from different angles, but our views should never get hidden :)
There are many questions that we can answer only if we look within ourselves :)
Short and nice :) I liked the post!
Hi Partha uncle, yeah, two parts actually..:)
Yaa..collecting from net is always an exception.>)
Hi Gal.. thanks so much..:)
when it is a decision making process, it is better to follow our own gut feeling.. our own decisions.. coz we need not crib for following other persons suggestion and taking up the blame ourselves for things which go wrong..
That's well said Aditya..:)
