Read all pending posts now. Caution is truth in each way, even workwise. One can make life worthwhile him/herself. We need to have proper balance in both aspects of living. I agree that a manager needs to be ruthless at times and he or she should not let staff manage him or her. I agree with this one. We can never be totally self reliant. We need others to be with us, at different times and different levels.
