Visiting Ajantha caves is always educating and visiting them during rainy season is a real fun. While the caves and the paintings leave one awestruck, the nature around the caves and the greenery is a feast to watch. In the days when there was no electricity, the way the artists mixed the paints and painted the walls and roofs of the caves is mind-blowing. They would have possessed extremely talent and more than that, passion. Passion towards the art would have kept them going for hundreds of years together to put forth the beautiful caves and brilliant art.
