Leader, all by his own… Take Home #208

Anyone can become a leader by leading the crowd who are following the leader. But he who leads the crowd to become the leader all by his own inspires more.

    Sometime leadership is not good but becoming a follower is good because you learn a lot and you make a mistake but gain a knowledge.
