Some people know how to solve. Some people know how to make the people work who know how to solve. Both are important contributors in the successful run of any organization or team.
That is true, in the workplace there are two kinds of performers... the active and the passive and yet both contribute via individual or collective measure in keeping the corporate machine moving.
