    Hi Prams.....

    Nice Pendown... There is every possibility in the life. Happy sadness, sweet & spicy, smile and weep etc .. So do step ahead without any tensions. Be happy even if you are in problem and let others be happy.

    Be yourself for you as well as for others;
    Do yourself which useful for you as well as for others;
    Plan yourself according to the situations;
    Work it out by yourself to get success;

    But Live for others
    Sometimes gives Happiness.
    Always gives Satisfaction.

    I like your post and believe in it myself. I also have practiced it throughout my career.

    However, I must tell you with experience, that it is always good to have a mentor. A mentor is like a guide who will help you to iron out your rough sides. She will also be a good sounding board for expressing your ideas and thoughts.

    Without a mentor, a career growth is usually tough. One has to be extraordinarily talented and lucky to rise quickly without a strong mentor.
